Kathleen Woodruff is currently pursuing a master's degree in urban planning and policy with a concentration in economic development. She has been with Goodman Williams Group since May of 2008.

Ms. Woodruff has a keen interest in economic development. She is particularly interested in the redevelopment of industrial corridors and urban revitalization. At Goodman Williams Group, she performs research and prepares market studies for suburban downtowns, commercial corridors, and transit oriented development sites.
