Linda Goodman has been researching and analyzing real estate markets
for more than 20 years. She understands the importance of thorough
market research and its contributions to successful development.
Ms. Goodman is a founding principal of Goodman Williams Group,
where she specializes in analyzing market trends and creating
development strategies for public and private sector clients.
For two decades, real estate consultant Christine Williams has
successfully conducted feasibility studies and investment research
for developers, lenders, institutional investors, and public-sector
agencies. A founding principal of Goodman Williams Group, Ms.
Williams is recognized for her ability to analyze markets and
identify trends. With knowledge of all land uses, she has developed
particular expertise on the full spectrum of multifamily residential
markets.
Leslie Palmer joined Goodman Williams Group in May of 2007 while pursuing her Master's Degree in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago with concentrations in physical planning and economic development. At Goodman Willams Group Ms. Palmer performs research and prepares market studies for suburban downtowns, retail corridors, CTA station area plans, and residential developments.
Kathleen Woodruff is a current graduate student at the University of Illinois at Chicago in Urban Planning and Policy. Ms. Woodruff joined Goodman Williams Group in May of 2008
after completing her first year in the Master's Program. At
Goodman Williams Group, Kathleen performs research and prepares market studies
for suburban downtowns, commercial corridors, and transit oriented development sites.
Christopher Stark is a current graduate student of the Master's degree program in Urban Planning and Policy at the University of Illinois at Chicago. His primary focus is in Economic Development. Mr. Stark has been an Associate at Goodman Williams Group since October 2008. |
